JAB (ISSN 1085-1461) is published twice each year, once in the spring and once in the fall. JAB is indexed in Art Abstracts, CSA's ARTbibliographies Modern, and in Bibliography of the History of Art.

Subscriptions are on a per-calendar-year basis. For example, if you were to subscribe in October, you would receive the previously-published spring and recently-published fall issues from that calendar year.
